Artemis Singers is committed to creating a secure, welcoming, and friendly environment for its singing and non-singing members. The chorus considers all forms of diversity a positive and enriching experience to be celebrated. As a feminist organization, the chorus actively upholds the right of every individual in the group to be treated with dignity and respect, free from homophobia, misogyny, racism, sexism, transphobia, ageism, ableism, bullying, and all forms of physical and verbal abuse, including microaggressions and sexual harassment or assault. When interpersonal harms do inevitably occur, the collective chorus culture aims to make restorative amends.
